Noise

This chapter analyzes the potential noise impacts of the four alternatives. The discussion of noise impacts draws on past noise modeling performed in the region and on other relevant information and environmental documents obtained from the Washington State Department of Transportation, Puget Sound Regional Council (PSRC), Sound Transit, and Port of Seattle.
